injector open time?

Post by russian »

Guys, what is the realistic model of a fuel injection in terms of fuel_amount as function of powered_time?

I mean there is CC value, but I guess there is also some time to open it? How much difference does actual voltage make?

Please share your experience. If that matters, mine are Denso like 230cc #195500-2180

A big difference. You MUST use a curve and you MUST test YOUR injectors with YOUR fuel pressure and YOUR wiring and YOUR inj driver circuit, or it's wrong. http://builds.freeems.org/firmware/dev/ ... tml#l00132

And how do you test this exactly? :)

I plan to test mine with a 500w variac and 50A 12V transformer powering my vehicle instead of a battery, but through 1 Farad of capacitance. This should give me complete control over voltage at which point I can simply adjust until changing voltage doesn't change the wideband reading.
