Copy/paste:

200mm ID hook to hook for the Volvo 940 bonnet springs, and ~130mm of coils. At the least it should stretch to 330mm and quite likely 460mm!

Which is ample as the jack only has 150mm of dynamic travel. So I'll just set these with a tiny bit of tension at 0 and they'll wring out to +150mm no worries.
