CAD done, chunk descriptions:

1) Main chunks, 1107 long, bevel from 12mm on the end to 507mm from that same end.
2) Upper chunks, 650 long, bevel from 50 in from one end, to 0 on the opposite end.
3) Plywood base, 1075 long, end of story.
4) Hardwood lip, 95x24 with 32mm routed out to 12mm, and a bevel from the edge of that planed down to 15mm

Note, the two main chunks should be made from the same length as each other, ditto the the two upper chunks from each other, also. This will ensure a minimum amount of glue in the cross joint. This will also determine the total width.

The simple platform pieces can be made afterward to match, however if the top pieces of that were from the same length as the top pieces of the ramp, and ditto for lower pieces, that'd be good.

Need to source:

1) Hardwood for lips
2) Router to cut joint into lips
3) Electric plane to bevel the lips
4) Supply of glue
5) Long screws
6) Decent drill bits for sinking screws in

etc.

Scored a slightly better piece of wood from my old man today, 31mm thick, 108mm wide. Would be a shame to mill it way down, though, so what I might do instead is just make the ramps bull nosed, and use a thinner piece as the initial section if/when required for the ultra low.

Will test it on the R33 before we build them and see if it'll be OK, if so, done deal. If not, rethink and/or make an accessory block set :-)
