Sold a piece of furniture that was in the way of where I have it in the above diagram.
And I'm going to sell another, and move the things that are on top of that. And I updated
the list of projects in the post a couple above to include more things which have all gotten
closer to reality since a year ago when I last posted in here. But my reason for posting:

I had an idea! But it'd be tricky to implement...

Put the wheels on tabs/plates on the side of the verticals, such that they only add 10-25mm
of height, however if doing this, they'd interfere with the lower shelf unless cut outs were
engineered in to accommodate them. In any case, the wheel style I want to use is finalised:
