Let's focus on getting your ECU running 100% right, first :-) But sure, acquire a welder and gas and get stuck in making a trolley for it, or a work bench, or something.

Pictures aren't too great for spacing judgement, but you can go an alternitive way: fab an u(p)-pipe from the 3 bolt flange, put the turbo up there and route the downpipe somewhere where its fits. Saw that couple of times on Honda's. Maybe not the most efficient manifold but a great startingpoint if you think fabbing a complete manifold is just a bit hard.
