FlashGordon is out the door at 0.0.16!

I'm not entirely sure what work is going to go into the next release just yet, so I'm not sure what to call it either. Suggestions are of course always welcome :-)

I reckon the final release in FreeEMS 1 i.e. the one that works and we can all drive our cars on should be called the "brazillian",

Why, because at that point all of the un-necessary crap has been trimmed away leaving the important bits untouched! a bare bones system that does everything right that is stable and can be built upon, with confidence. (unlike windows)

I have a good idea for 0.0.17 inspired by British rock'n'roll, but if someone else comes up with something more appropriate, feel free to share.

Something to do with midnight oil maybe? That's ozzy rock though. I'm certainly burning enough of it!

2:38am and half way through the dishes LOL, it hurts to clean plates at 3am.

0.0.17 WILL be out before Monday morning Brit time.

Suggestions start NOW :-)

Well you have the serial comms sorted for 0.17. You could name it after a famous serial killer "Jack the Ripper" :lol2:

Anyway beds are burning by midnight oil is probably more fitting for these reasons:

1, Midnight oil are a band from down your neck of the woods (yes I know Sydney is in Oz but its near enough!)
2, Midnight oil because as you say you burn lots of it in the figurative sense.
3, Beds are burning, well it must be, cos you are never in the fock'r! :lol2:
