How about in'n'out? This continues the burger trend (see earlier bastard release) while being a pun on the clockwork orange where MS is the old lady in that somewhat shocking scene.

HUGE fan of in'n'out burgers. Maybe start with hamburger, then cheeseburger, doubledouble, animalstyle, fourbyfour, etc.

Along the lines of shocker, but for fuel...

fueler
sprayer
jetter
squirter (seems over used, though)
injector (obvious, but hadn't thought of it)
hoser or hosed
atomiser

any more?
