WARNING Issue with latest EMStudio builds DO NOT UPGRADE

Post by malcom2073 »

So after some latest changes, things seem to have broken, and I am unable to currently get them fixed.

If you run emstudio and you get a command window popping up and then dissapearing quickly, it likely says "Unable to load plugin. error: "The shared library was not found.".
A work-around is to go into the install folder from the command line, and run:

Code: Select all

C:\Program Files (x86)\EMStudio> emstudio.exe -p plugins\libfreeemsplugin.a
This will allow EMStudio to load.

If yours loads fine, DO NOT UPGRADE FROM THE BUILD SERVER until I post that it is ok to do so. I am working on the issue, and will notify when it is fixed.

If this does not work, you still get the error, install this one: http://platypus.7g.fi/EMStudio/EMStudio ... -52-16.exe and try again.
