Oooh, i get it. No FreeEMS hardware yet unfortunately, maybe i'll get a board to play with soon. So i just used the offline data malcom posted one page back
I get the same problem with the 32 & 64bit pre-built binaries ("semi-stable": bffce38 & "totally unstable": eb982b4) on Windows 7 Enterprise SP1. The error comes up in a DOS window as EMStudio tries to launch.
