MegaTunix is an OSS application for complete tuning, datalogging and dashboards for the sorta-open (not OSS) MegaSquirt family of ECU's. Support includes all somewhat current versions of MS-1, MS-2 and MS-2 Extra firmwares. MegaTunix also supports the JimStim hardware stimulator device for dynamically controlling the stim's RPM output and wheel modes, as well as tuning the PIS 3rd party firmware for GM ALDL ECU's.
