Tunix on the FreeEMS Issue Tracker

Post by Fred »

The issue tracker can be found here:

http://issues.freeems.org/

Select Tunix and then click report issue. Choose something appropriate from "Select Profile" unless yours is not listed. If you are chatting to me, let me know and I can add your profile.

An example:

Please, add more!

This isn't changing, but you might have better luck getting Dave to respond on his new one:

http://megatunix.com/tracker/

There are a lot of outstanding issues on the mtx section of the existing tracker, many of which Dave refuses to acknowledge are problems and continuously tries to close. Therefore I don't see much value in my placing issues on his new tracker, as he'll just close them and there won't be much to say about it. I hope he follows a reporter closes regime there, fingers crossed for anyone intending to use it.

Re: Tunix on the FreeEMS Issue Tracker

Tunix section of FreeEMS tracker is now read only. Dave no longer wants to work with me to stay current, so I'm looking for a replacement tool for the long term. It's not feasible to heavily develop the firmware comms code, AND maintain compatibility, without working closely with the tuning software author. Therefore in a few months when 0.2.X is complete and 0.3.0 work begins, a new tool will be required. Such a tool will either need to be developed by me (not ideal) or someone else who IS accessible and easy to work with. I'll duplicate this info in a sticky.
