OLV 0.0.3 still has not been released, so if you need a FreeEMS-compatible copy,
head over to the build server and grab the latest snapshot for your platform.
OLV needs some serious love to be brought up to release standard.
At some point, it shall receive that love, however, in the mean time,
the latest (but pretty out of date) release documentation is available here,
and old release binaries (equally out of date) can be found here!
