ok, thanks. I don't have a MS2 neither any other freescale MCU.
I checked the cable and it's ok and also rechecked the voltage and some schemas and I don't find anything wrong. So I'm seriously considering sending Fred my card.

Re: Using Chinese "JB16" TBDMs with USBDM
Yes, I followed your guide (http://roller.baboonplanet.com/garage/entry/setting_up_freeems_firmware_on). It's very good explained. I tried to supply 5V also from BDM closing the two jumpers of the JB16 as is said in it datasheet, and in fact, I get 5V on elmicro card header with the multimeter. But ...

Re: Using Chinese "JB16" TBDMs with USBDM
Do you have a quality 5V supply on the CPU board? Did you have the cable the right way around? Is the cable in good condition? The errors with bad cables etc are not helpful. How about running it as root? That helped me once, but I don't need it now. EDIT: If you want to, you can pay postage and I ...

Re: Using Chinese "JB16" TBDMs with USBDM
Did anyone used this with elmicro MC9S12XDP512 board?
I followed this steps and could upgrade the TBDM firmware but It can't detect the MC9S12XDP512 board.

That sensor could be affordable, thanks for the info.
Re: GZ Board
If I don't find this ones, cdo you have another reference of equivalent mosfets? Anything logic-level and with low enough RDSON (200mOhm absolute max) and high enough voltage (40 if clamped, 100 if not) and the more protection, the better. Link it here and we can check. Will order many VND14NV04 on...
Re: GZ Board
I got in house the BDM programmer, will try this weekend to start playing with the programmer and the board. Aitor! Que pasa, hombre? Long time no see! If possible I'd *strongly* suggest that you get your DIY FreeEMS up and running on your existing 4 cyl turbo engine and debug and learn about it the...
GZ Board
Hi, I'd like to build a DIY FreeEMS to install into my car (a 92' Ford Sierra, will make a topic about it). For now I'm reading a lot of topics of another builds like Ravage, Jaguar, CatPower... to get ideas. Currently It has the stock engine 2.0 8v converted to turbo with a Megasquirt I. It's using...

Re: Clean Off Your Flux!!
oh, that happened to me a month ago. I was having a lot of misfirings without any cause. Until I revised the ECU and saw a zone with white spots between transistors legs. (I had used flux near to one months before that fail..), cleaned it and misfires gone
