Re: Introductions!
Hey Sapp2GL, that's some serious lurking! :-D Apologies for the slow delayed reply - however today is just the second day back after holiday :-) I don't always have a computer with me, believe it or not, but in this case it was just that I was super busy with other stuff. FreeEMS has totally progres...

Holy fucking shit! I'm in NZ, have been for about 7 years now minus a couple of short trips to Aus and the US. Great that you still have the same email and remembered your password! :-D How the hell have you been?

I write to you from inside this thing, first night was Sunday night, last night may be tomorrow night, we'll see, but: All the same old complaints are still valid. However additionally: I'd like the back end of the mattress to have some sort of padded head board that can be used as a seat, ie, sit o...

Re: New Workstation Build For Winter
This new machine is epic (not epyc) - almost nothing I do phases it. The only time it got hot so far was trying to use flowblade (a python video editor, python is the second slowest language there is) to process high bit rate 4k footage, got to 80C and was about half as loud as the old one at the sa...

4TB NVMe stick is in the country and waiting for some customs forms to be filled out, then it's ZFS time :-)
Looking forward to putting my data into a reasonable structure and with good reliability/safety settings.

Re: Downtime and Upgrades
I'm not much of a fan of the default theme. If you'd like to suggest 3.3.3 compatible themes that are similar to the old one or modern/attractive, please go ahead. I'll probably put some time into reviewing some in the next few days.

Re: Downtime and Upgrades
And for a little while there we couldn't post! OLD forum code and MUCH newer PHP = not happy combo. Now on latest forum software and latest tooling under it. Themes and mods absent. Need to tweak a few things, probably. Let's have a play and see how far this tool has come :-)
