I had issues with Alan also. Received a unit last year, layed on my desk for a year before I could use it (still well within waranty period). Unit didn't work as expected, bot narrow and wideband outputs stuck a 5v. Sent it back for testing and warranty. Had to constantly email him about the status....

Did you wire it correctly? Do you measure 5v at the input of the TPS ?

Must be a funny car to drive, ultimate sleeper material =] it weighs even less than my Peugeot 309. Even with 100hp they become semi-fast =]
Hope the HG part isn't too much of a hassle and that you don't come across any nasty problems.

Is that actual copper wire you use to connect the EGT sensor? It is not supposed to be like that.. Just order some cheap EGT sensors from ebay for like 4 of 8 bucks each. Than you get a metal nozzle around it to protect it from flames.. a k-type sensor can handle 1200C but the wires itself can only ...
