Ok i got the fuse holder and relay socket footprints made now.

The link for the ECU connectors witch one do you need all of them?

When im done i can send these footprints too you if you like just let me know. ;)

Yes Grounds are your freinds not your enimies when done right seperate grounds for high current ( injectors,relays,mosfets IGBT,ect) and ones for low current ( Processor and all 5V circuits) should be kept seperate as these will cause tons of problems down the road . Some people are definitely going to do this. Now that a custom PCB is 100% OK, I would say it will be commonplace :-) Fred. I agree for me anyway i would make an entire board specifically for my application using the stock ECU connector and if i run out of pins for specific I/O i will then add anot...

Hey no problem really it applys to all motors ( that i have tunned any way ) just some require more work than others.LOL For my project's the fuel tables should be fine and i really cant see where in any engine that having a bigger fuel table could hurt anything at all minus having more bins to tune...

I picked #4 i like to have plenty of load sites and if i fell this is too much i can just fill in the last few columns with the same values as the last used rows better to have too much than not enough.LOL I use two tables right now 16x16 ( one TPS based and one MAP based) and it seems to work real ...
