FYI Sim, some volvo FPR's are 2.5bar ones.
I cant see the one on my engine but I have another from a B6304 that has 2.5bar stamped on it.

Research time of injector size = 65% of actual time needed to discover the actual flow rate.

so if it is 15% incorrect I thnk thats an acceptable result.

Yea Sim, im going to stuff it into a merc 190e. I think. my choice might change yet. standard yellowish tops, specs said ~310cc so i thought 320 would be just fine it runs a little fat here and a little lean there but thats cos the slater engine's VE table that im using was optimised for a low compr...
