Help required regarding LSU 4.2 controller Design

Hello Guys,

Can you please help me regarding the controller design for LSU 4.2 as i have read the opensource design for slc free .

I want to know how to measure the sensor temprature for the heater contorl loop and also how to regulate the heater power i am confused how to calculate it .
