Re: noname build

I spoke with an expert earlier, (fred again) I tested and rechecked my measurements of the distrbutor. The actual sensor appears to be this http://www.digikey.com/catalog/en/partgroup/55085-mini-vane-hall-effect-sensor/23556 a mini vane hall effect sensor. The three wires of the "mini vane hall...

Re: Did I burn out my max9926?

Well I probably broked my max9926 because i wasn't careful about the inputs and i was reckless trying to make the ecu read the rpms.. but on another point: looking at the jaguar pdf for the max9926:: https://github.com/DeuceEFI/Jaguar/blob/0.7-alpha/docs/Jaguar-0.7-alpha-Schematic.pdf\ and the schem...

Did I burn out my max9926?

How can i tell if i burned out my chip? I have it configured according to schematics found here:: https://github.com/DeuceEFI/Jaguar/blob/dev/docs/Jaguar-Schematic.pdf i am not sure that i didn't misconnect some wires on the breadboard but now when i connect +5 to the RPM0+ the led light barely dims...

Re: different LED light emitting diode power draws?

ok! thanks muchly. I decided against http://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=LTL1CHKGKNNvirtualkey57820000virtualkey859-LTL1CHKGKNN because it has clear Lens Color/Style: which is going to be EXTREMELY tough to identify which one is which until i light them up or they get lit up I switch t...
