Re: Peugeot 2.0 Turbo on CardS12
Hi Fred, By firing up I meant to say: In the progress of firing it up. I only did timing check (as you mentioned earlier on IRC) and it didn't work out. It was 1 am here, the GIT merge didn't work, I posted the log on here just for a global review, perhaps a sensor was way of or missing. For the oth...

Re: Peugeot 2.0 Turbo on CardS12
Tried to fire up the car tonight but the timing light hardly comes on, if it does at all. Can´t figure out just yet what is going on.. I´ve build my own FreeEMS-0.2.0-SNAPSHOT-230-g4e32dbf-DEV-MATTHIJS309T-MissingTeeth-Crank-60minus2.s19 Perhaps someone can take a look at the log file and enlighten ...

Re: Peugeot 2.0 Turbo on CardS12

Re: Peugeot 2.0 Turbo on CardS12
12v square wave
3000rpm = 100Hz
idle = 30Hz (+-1000rpm)
So I can take that one out again an add a 2n2222.

Re: Peugeot 2.0 Turbo on CardS12
Yesterday I modified the sequential injection to semi-sequential by pairing 1-4 (to PT4) and 2-3( to PT6) injectors. Tacho output wire connected to PA3 :) This is about all I need... factory loom provides Knock sensor and Boost controller wiring but I just want the engine starting and idling for now...

Re: Peugeot 2.0 Turbo on CardS12
Ah ok. I'm thinking about glueing the wires at strategic points to reduce the vibrating (or less mass vibrating). Will that help?

Re: Peugeot 2.0 Turbo on CardS12
Fusing current according to the wiki is 10A over 10s or 15a over 1 sec. Injector draw <1 A,Ignition is only switched (OEM ignition module is outside of the casing). Should do ok ? I have the 24awg/0.511mm dia/0.205mm2 which is ~OEM loom size. These a just a tad to large for vero print hole size :( I...

Re: Peugeot 2.0 Turbo on CardS12
AWG chart:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_wire_gauge
30awg is 0.0509mm2 or 0.255mm diameter
The cheap part could be true very well
So now I'm looking into some heat resistant stuff like kynar
Don't know where or how to look for wires that are very suitable for this kind of DIY setups

Re: Peugeot 2.0 Turbo on CardS12
Thanks for the kind words :) I've already got some ideas for a better / second version. Ordered some smaller size caps on the input filters I can save a lot of space in the left side (input side). Then I can fit the MAP sensor on this board (now on a separate board, not in pic, will be fitted in the...
