Re: "Flex Fuel" sensor support
It seems that many years ago (pre-2010) I used a GM one judging by the fittings, and made an ethanol tester for Toyota Race Series. Appears like they're all the same setup, linear 50Hz=0% to 150Hz=100%, and the pulse width is fuel temp. We split the signal into 2 inputs of a Motec ADL2 dash and had ...

Re: 14point7 iDash

Ended up adding a delta channelf or each channel, then having it use the previous value if the delta was above X value (experimented to get a a balance between getting rid of spikes and retaining actual data - reached a point where it was ALL...

Re: New Workstation Build For Winter

Re: 14point7 iDash
That could be extremely handy, I'll see if I remember to send tomorrow. The Matrix/tables I can filter the data to exclude above/below values which makes that useful, but doesn't give me the option in the graph view. When looking at the log graph I can see the values that are "real" so I'm...

I emailed Alan regarding the EGT spikes and he asked me to send it back, but as I can read the data and filter out the spikes with my eyes we'll keep using it for ...

Re: 14point7 iDash
It was late, photobucket was the only thing I could remember my pw for and wife was nagging me to keep working on the house, so pffft! Sorry Fred, I know it's horribad. Noisy traces are EGT, I have posted on his support forum but it appears to be a unit fault as the unconnected EGT inputs also have ...
