Re: Nissan Skyline R33 S2 (1996)

On a small update, stock RB25 looks to use at least what should be close enough to the standard Denso sensor to match the temp curves already mapped.

Re: Nissan Skyline R33 S2 (1996)

This is raw, and yeah, just the state of the counter at the transition of the window. Doesn't add anything really, was just something extra about the signal I chucked in.

Battery is in the boot stock for 2 door, 4 door has it up front (where the washer bottle is)

Re: Widebands That You Would or Wouldn't Buy

I had the TechEdge 2Y2, if I had the choice to buy again, I would have chosen differently. Good enough controller, decent parts used, but it's response time is quite awful, the amount of things they try to cram on to a ATmega168 is quite bad, adds a lot of complexity to the circuit (think multiplexe...

Re: Open Source LSU4.9 Wideband Controller

I've added an Arduino Uno based board to the sketch, I probably still have too many non-Arduino libraries included (Teensys kit installs a bunch of them), but I can get the ATmega328 + crystal from the local Jaycar for $9 or something, preprogrammed with the Arduino bootloader on it. I haven't done ...

Re: Nissan R33 RB25DET ECU PCB

I will confirm that it's not PWM, if it were, people wouldn't be having so many problems with replacement pumps not putting up with the reduced voltage (and thus, reduced torque).

Re: Nissan Skyline R33 S2 (1996)

Yeah, I saw the scope trace and thought that it was 5v out, until I was poking around inside the stock ECU and noticed there wasn't any regulated voltage going to the driver chip for the ignition, just 12v. So all you're seeing is what isn't dropped over the BE junction.

Re: Open Source LSU4.9 Wideband Controller

The unit that had the problem with the reboots wasn't this circuit. It was a kit unit that I'd bought and wasn't happy with. heatOut is the value fed to the timer comparator for the PWM out, it's effectively the duty cycle. The fluctuations from the sensor are actual readings, I had the circuit hook...
