I use this chip on a setup with the avr 1280 and it works great for me. I have tested other crank decoding chips and this works the best for me. I test on a bench with an actual Subaru 36-2-2 wheel and a VR sensor with absolutely no errors and I leave it running for hours. I also tested with JimStim...
