after getting a copy of it some of its instructions arnt so basic. yes it does have a lot of basic instructions. No mul and div instructions thou. but you can still imul and idiv by multiples of 2. i've never seen bit extraction instructions before. @motofab - i saw those but they did not have how t...

i have been looking for the risc instruction set for the xgate to see what capabilities it had. i found a doc that contain some of the instructions and opcodes for it. from reading over the doc i dont believe it is the whole instruction set. has anyone been able to find a complete instruction set. p...

would it be possible to have a single s12x pass the decoded wheel data to another s12x that would have the sole purpose of just driving the pwm frq for the valve train. or would it be easier to have both see the timing wheel? im asking because on a small engine it might be possible up to 4 cyl to us...

im not sure i understand how pwm would prevent from hulk smashing a valve into a piston as it begins to fall or comes to tdc. also pwm would create a lot of noise and stress on the valve seats that they were not designed for.

dont know if i would need a vol dac or an cur dac, but i want to drive special designed solenoids to actuate the valve train and remove the cams and all associated timing components.
