got it I understand your all of your points. Just a side note the Irfz44 is a logic level fet and the break down voltage is quite hi I don't remember well but is something like 24 to 30 A it worked as a direct substitute in my last ms project. Then again for the new project I will stick with you guy...

one question does it has to be a vnp mosfet? I know the work well but the are hard to get locally where I live. In ms I used irfz44 and they made the job any reason I can not use this one for my freeEfi proyect?
