well, near two years later is repaired after a few hours of work.
was able to load the s19 using your usbdm and made a fast test of comms with EMStudio, I've to check all inputs and outputs.
although is sad to see this project in this slow growing state.

Re: AiToR51's 1992 Ford Sierra XR4i 2.0 (24th)
I've a log I made today on road, at 80kpa it reached 6100 rpm without any problem. In this engine I don't know with exactitude if Injector flow could be a problem, they are 380cc@3bar. My fuel system is around 3.5 bar without vac, so they should flow a little more, and 0,5bar of boost should be not ...

Re: AiToR51's 1992 Ford Sierra XR4i 2.0 (24th)
I'm having problems above 4000 rpm on boost. Firstly had a lot of syncloss, but solved it partialy cleaning grounds and some connectors. Now it doens't loss sync but it feels like ign cut and in logs you can see wrong rpm http://i.imgur.com/oMTpTAF.png?1 log attached, but with a note, I had some pro...

holset HE351VE http://i.imgur.com/ePy0RDx.jpg http://i.imgur.com/nWwjV3h.jpg engine specs is: 2.0 16v with MLS head gasket forged rods and used forged mahle opel C20XE pistons. Should give me around 8:1 of CR. I would prefered to be on 9:1 but this piston combo is the CR which it gives to me. DIY Ex...

burn ecu processor
Hi, I was making some tests with my jaguar 0.7 and made a mistake leaving alone a +12v wire that touch the board and the MCU is dead :(
where do you recommend me to buy a replacement? same reference or there are more equivalent?

Re: Holset HE351VE standalone controller (arduino based)
Yes it was not cheap.. Something around 650 eur with customs fee + shipping from canada
I think also if I've a good working freeems is better to have control on it.. But for first stage i prefer to have it standalone as i've many cars and ecus.

Holset HE351VE standalone controller (arduino based)
I'm starting a new project controlling a Holset HE351VE VGT turbo. I'm building it based on Arduino with the following hardware properties: - CAN BUS communications to control the veins - MAX9926 to read turbo RPM's and engine RPM's (from any magnetic sensor pulley, camshaft sensor, etc..) - two map...
