Jaguar 0.8-alpha discussion
Ok, it is now late 2022, almost 2023 and the Jaguar 0.7-alpha was released in 2014. I just wanted to get the discussion started to see if there is any interest in an updated Jaguar PCB for 2023. If you are interested, please let me know what you would like to see changed, added or deleted from the d...

Re: 3.1L v6 Deuce Coupe
Wow, where has the time gone?
I haven't worked on the Deuce since 2016, but hopefully I can get it finished up in 2023.

Re: Jaguar 0.7-alpha kits For Sale
So far, nothing has been done for an 0.8-alpha version of the Jaguar PCB. Is there any interest in a newer version of the PCB? If there is any interest, then what would you like to see changed? Keep in mind it needs to be able to be used in many different engine configurations, so there will always ...

Re: walinsky's jaguar 0.7 #28
It looks like I never finished updating the Jaguar Assembly Manual for the changes between the 0.6-alpha version and the newer 0.7-alpha version. Thank you for calling this to my attention, it has been several years since the 0.7-alpha was released. I will get the assembly manual updated soon to ref...

Re: walinsky's jaguar 0.7 #28
Yes, this is correct for banked injection using 2 injector banks. Just for clarity: Port T4 (the square solder pad in the section labeled Port T4-7 ) would go to the Injectors-IN #1 (the square solder pad in the section labeled Injectors-IN ), like you have drawn. Port T5 (the round solder pad next ...

R24 is only populated if you are using a thermistor on the Spare ADC input, otherwise you can leave it empty.

Re: Libreems to Freeems migration.
The CoolEFI Basic ECU and the Jaguar use the same components and the same MCU pins for the crankshaft and camshaft sensor inputs. The Basic ECU is just a surface mount component version of my Jaguar ECU board.

Re: Self learning (I need guideline)
amatt, I can tell you which traces you will need to cut to convert your first generation CoolEFI Basic ECU so that you can then run jumper wires to the appropriate Port T (timer) outputs so that you can use FreeEMS. You will need to decide if you are going to use Semi-Sequential Injection with Coil-...
