Cool, the vh45 uses a hitachi 6303 (motorola 6801 with a few extra functions and higher pin count) as the main controller and a few other in house (JECS) MCU and/or PLC for supplementary control. The ecu provides sequential injection and C.O.P. on that engine.

Look pretty good imho, not super fancy but decent. Sample code runs under mono 2.0 (1.9.x). Id imagine an applicable license could be worked out.

Question, how is your "virtual CAS" being incremented?

I follow your case structure and count methods, but how are you going to break down virtual events in between?

Edit, nm. Id guess you could increment it at 1/5th the rate of the incoming 360 pulse.

In the distant future I would like to see some compatibility between freeEMS and obd2 diagnostic/data monitoring. The datalogging stream should be easily enough converted using an intermediate device (elm emulation perhaps), but the ems should also have an error code checking system for sensors etc....

My advice would be to stay away from the vintage oscilloscopes if possible. If something breaks or falls out of calibration, you can easily be out of luck. I have a circa-1985 tektronix 475 military version, it is built well and still works, but the variable timebase is off, so its basically worthle...

Id be interested in those small low offset panasport/watanabe looking wheels if you consider getting rid of them. ((EDIT:Nevermind, realize your not in the states))
