I forget the bandwidth, but I was planning on using the system for a MS add on board. It was plenty fast, a few mbits/s I believe.

I have SD-FAT code written for an ST processor. The only thing that needs porting is the SD interface. Interfacing to an SD card is much easier and less firmware intensive than USB host code.
